You can book your travels through our site or our Service Centre, which can be contacted at +44 208 6488 488 or +44 792 8 565 481.

Shortly before your journey is scheduled to begin, we will send you an e-mail with your driver’s details, including their contact number and the make and model of the vehicle.

If you think you’ve left something behind in one of our vehicles, please contact us. We will attempt to locate the item and, if found, store it securely for 12 months.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of your driver having been assigned to you, there will be no cancellation fee. If 24 hours have already elapsed, however, a cancellation fee will apply.
